Born in Miami in 1999, Maria Vaughan is a Colombian filmmaker and artist. She is currently completing her master's degree at the École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris. She has directed, produced, and written several experimental short films, video essays, and video art pieces. Last year she graduated from the Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, where she made the short film Bingo Night (2026). She is currently in post-production on the short film Santuario.
